chaining n caging d dog can be rewarding some times....is juz that most of the irresponsible owner cage n chain their dog almost 24hrs a day....
as for pacco, she was cage up almost 12hrs a day....coz d owner is alwiz busy with her own studies. n letting her roaming around d home will pose some problems.
