I think this video says alot about how our council looks upon the welfare of our animals...

He can't answer the question whether he's aware of this or not. Obviously he's aware but it's just that he cannot admit because he knows he'll be in trouble & he'll be questioned some more. That was a very good video. I watched the dog being dragged again carefully & the poor thing was still breathing. Obviously fighting for his life. I'm also wondering why all the dogs in the pound are so quiet & like well behaved. They look terrified. I think they know what they're there for...

Hi Amber

I have been to the pounds before, and you're right - the dogs are all so quiet because they are terrified!

The conditions are terrible and really heart wrenching... the "caretakers" are heartless and couldn't care less about the dogs there...

I just hope that with the attention that TV3 is giving to this issue, the welfare of our animals will somewhat improve...

Please kindly advise us on what and how we should do if we found out about animals being abuse. And who should we keep in touch with? I guess many of us doesn't know much about how the procedure or who should it be refer to for help. I got so annoy with the dogs barking for help each time. And I get too emotionally each time especially during the morning where their voices was most eerie because I guess the DBKL authority must have done something to the dogs badly. I cried for their suffering. I could only pray for their souls to be at rest. Thanks
